Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 within the United States.
Do you ship abroad?
International shipments are not available at the moment.
What forms of payment are available?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery depends on the selected shipping method: express (1-2 days), standard (3-4 days), or economy (5-8 days).
How do I return a product?
Customers can return products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
Can returned products be used?
For sanitary reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
What happens if my package is damaged in transit?
Please contact us atinfo@primabiotic.comto resolve any issues with the damaged products immediately. If there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.
When will I receive the money for the returned products?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Where can I get a discount code from?
You will get a 10% discount code for your first order when you sign up to our newsletter.
